The presentation ceremony of China Best Employer Award 2025 was held in Sanya, Hainan on December 19, 2025. At the ceremony, Changsha won the "Award of Most Attractive Organizations to Talents," standing out among numerous cities.

12月19日，海南三亚，2025中国年度最佳雇主颁奖盛典公布评选结果，长沙从众多城市中脱颖而出，荣膺“中国年度最佳引才城市”。

The selection of China's most attractive organizations to talents was jointly organized and reviewed by several authoritative institutions, including the Social Survey Research Center of Peking University, the National School of Development at Peking University, and the Chinese recruitment platform Zhaopin.The assessment incorporated multi-dimensional big data analysis such as talent attractiveness, talent retention rate, and talent development vitality, while also comprehensively considering factors such as the city's policies, systems, initiatives, and outcomes in talent attraction.

“中国年度最佳引才城市”评选由北京大学社会调查研究中心、北京大学国家发展研究院、智联招聘等多家专业机构参与组织评审，既有从人才吸引力、人才保留率、人才发展活力等维度进行的大数据分析，又综合考量城市在人才吸引方面的政策、制度、活动、成果等因素。
