长沙创业夫妻带火家乡“擂饭”,科技赋能布局全球

Born in the 1990s, oil painting graduates Wang Mengkun and Wang Jing set up their business in Changsha in 2017. They revamped the traditional pounded chili specialty from their hometown Anren, Hunan, and launched the catering brand Leifan. The brand has expanded steadily to more than 800 stores nationwide, with annual revenue of nearly one billion yuan. AI cooking equipment and chili pounding robots ensure consistent flavors in every outlet. The two founders have built personal IP accounts with over one million followers. Their first overseas store has opened in Malaysia, and the couple’s long-term goal is to build a chain of 10,000 stores.
