中非新增10对友好城市 国际“朋友圈”助推务实合作

Nine pairs of Hunan and African cities signed agreements to establish friendship city ties during the Investing in Africa & Business Matching Event on China-Africa Agricultural Production and Trade Cooperation which was held in Changsha on June 13. 

非洲国家投资推介暨中非农业产贸合作对接活动13日在湖南长沙举行，9对中非友好城市现场签约“结好”。

With the friendly province agreement between Hunan and Gauteng in South Africa, which was signed earlier, Hunan has added ten new African friendship regions during the fourth China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo (CAETE). 

加上此前在长沙签署建立友好省际关系协议书的湖南省和南非豪登省，第四届中非经贸博览会期间，中非新增10对友好城市。

Leveraging such open platforms as CAETE, Hunan has become one of China's most active provinces in terms of economic and trade cooperation with Africa. To date, Hunan has established friendship city ties with 120 foreign regions. 

借助中非经贸博览会等开放平台，湖南已成为中国地方对非经贸合作最为活跃的省份之一。截至目前，湖南共有国际友城120对。

By virtue of the international friendship city ties, Hunan has extensively collaborated with African countries across various fields, including the economy and trade, education, culture, science and technology, and public health. 

近年来，湖南通过国际友好城市平台与非洲相关国家在经贸、教育、文化、科技、卫生等众多领域广泛开展合作。

The nine new pairs of friendship cities are: 

新签约的9对中非友好城市分别是：

Changsha and Lilongwe City, Malawi; 

长沙市与马拉维利隆圭市、

Zhuzhou and Kogi State, Nigeria;

株洲市与尼日利亚科吉州、

Yueyang and the City of Dodoma, Tanzania;

岳阳市与坦桑尼亚多多马市、

Changde and the Municipality of Cassengo, Angola;

常德市与安哥拉卡森戈市、

Yiyang and Kisumu County, Kenya;

益阳市与肯尼亚基苏木郡、

Chenzhou and Delmas City, South Africa;

郴州市与南非德尔马斯市、

Yongzhou and Djibouti City, the Republic of Djibouti;

永州市与吉布提吉布提市、

Loudi and Muhanga District, Rwanda; and,

娄底市与卢旺达穆罕加市、

Chenzhou and Livingstone City, Zambia.

So far, Hunan has officially established friendship city ties with 22 regions in Africa.  

至此，湖南与非洲有关国家共缔结正式友城22对。

On the same day, nine China-Africa cooperation projects were signed on the spot, including:

- An agricultural development strategy cooperation project in Angola;

安哥拉农业发展战略合作一揽子项目、

- A modern agricultural industrial park project in Sierra Leone;

塞拉利昂现代农业产业园项目、

- A mung bean purchase and sales project in Ethiopia;

埃塞俄比亚绿豆购销项目、

- A "Factory-to-Home" overseas warehouse project in Tanzania;and,

坦桑尼亚“工厂到家”海外仓项目、

- A special agro-industrial processing zone (SAPZ) project in Niger State, Nigeria.
