“省里的50万元融资早已到位。接下来,我们会精心规划这笔资金的用途,确保每一分钱都花在刀刃上。”3月19日,在位于中南大学科技园的公司驻地,湖南食小助科技有限责任公司(简称“食小助”)CEO、“00后”创业者李佳璇兴奋地告诉记者,这笔资金恰似一场及时雨,为食小助带来蓬勃生机。

(referred to as "Shixiaozhu"), a "Post-00s" entrepreneur, excitedly told reporter that this fund is like a timely rain, bringing vigorous vitality to Shixiaozhu.

今年年初,“校园生活服务平台——食小助”成为湖南省大学生创业投资基金首批签约项目之一,据了解,这是全国第一只专业面向大学生创业投资的基金,也是湖南省委、省政府支持大学生创新创业的创新举措,基金总规模达5.05亿元。李佳璇口中的“50万元融资”正来源于该基金。

At the beginning of this year, "Campus Life Service Platform - Shixiaozhu" became one of the first batch of signed projects of the Hunan Provincial College Student Venture Capital Fund.It is understood that this is the first fund in the country specifically for university student venture capital, and it is also an innovative measure by the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to support university student innovation and entrepreneurship. The total scale of the fund reaches 505 million yuan. The "500,000 yuan in financing" that Li Jiaxuan mentioned comes from this fund.

时间拨回2021年,彼时,20岁的李佳璇正在中南大学计算机专业读大二,他注意到,商家外卖配送不到宿舍,同学们对外卖配送到寝需求强烈,同时,还有不少同学期望借助勤工俭学减轻家庭负担。

Time goes back to 2021. At that time, 20-year-old Li Jiaxuan was studying computer science at Central South University as a sophomore. He noticed that merchants' takeout mealsdelivery did not reach the dormitories, and students had a strong demand for takeout mealsdelivery to the dormitories. At the same time, many students hoped to reduce their family burden by working part-time.

能不能打造一个平台,一方面为同学们提供便捷服务,另一方面又能创造勤工俭学岗位?鉴于自身的计算机专业背景,他产生了运用编程思维改善校园生活的想法。

Could a platform be built to provide convenient services for students on the one hand and create part-time jobs on the other? Given his own computer science background, he had the idea of using programming thinking to improve campus life.

李佳璇的想法与同学胡必成一拍即合,就这样,2021年8月,湖南食小助科技有限责任公司应运而生。同时,一个专属于校园的简易配送程序“食小助”正式上线,并邀请了学校附近的商家入驻。小程序上线后,李佳璇与胡必成模拟用户操作,测试下单流程,确保每一个环节都能顺畅运行。

Li Jiaxuan's idea hit it off with his classmate Hu Bicheng. In this way, in August 2021, Hunan Shixiaozhu Technology Co., Ltd. came into being. At the same time, a simple delivery program "Shixiaozhu" dedicated to the campus was officially launched, and merchants near the school were invited to join. After the mini-program went online, Li Jiaxuan and Hu Bicheng simulated user operations and tested the ordering process to ensure that every step was smooth.

政策托底助力“食小助”加速跑

“创业不易,大学生创业更不易。我们就像在黑暗中爬楼梯,每一步都很艰难。”李佳璇表示,当时团队对营销一知半解,为了推广食小助平台,团队不断学习营销经验,进行地推、扫楼。“不仅如此,市场开拓需要资金。如果想要辐射1万人,就需要近8万元的成本。”

"Entrepreneurship is not easy, and university student entrepreneurship is even more difficult. We are like climbing stairs in the dark, every step is very difficult." Li Jiaxuan said that at that time, the team knew very little about marketing. In order to promote the Shixiaozhu platform, the team constantly learned marketing experience and carried out ground promotion and door-to-door promotion. "Not only that, market development requires funds. If you want to reach 10,000 people, you need nearly 80,000 yuan in costs."

幸运的是,从成立之日起,食小助陆续受到了来源于中南大学科技园、湖南湘江新区、省市政策指导、场地提供和资金支持。

Fortunately, since its establishment, Shixiaozhu has successively received guidance, site provision, and financial support from the Central South University Science Park, Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, and provincial and municipal policies.

入驻中南大学科技园后,“食小助”获得了20平方米办公场地的支持。“园区对这个项目很支持,在政策解读、办公场地上都给予了大力支持。”中南大学科技园平台公司产业发展部部长刘宝顺介绍,作为该项目创业导师,他多次指导食小助参与相关路演、制定项目计划。在多方的帮助下,食小助渐渐有了起色,不到一年就实现盈利。

Liu Baoshun, Minister of Industrial Development of the Central South University Science Park Platform Company, introduced that as the project's entrepreneurial mentor, he has repeatedly guided Shixiaozhu to participate in related roadshows and formulate project plans. With the help of many parties, Shixiaozhu gradually improved, and achieved profitability in less than a year.

“省、市、区和学校对我们大学生创业的支持,相当于给我们托了底。”李佳璇说,“公司还可以免费入驻湖南湘江新区大学生创新创业园,不但场地可以免3年租金,而且免水电费和物业管理费。”

如今,食小助已覆盖湖南9所高校,涉及连锁品牌、商铺近300家,累计完成250万个订单,创造了300余个勤工助学岗位,累计发放兼职薪资达500万元,平台交易额达3000多万元。

Nowadays, Shixiaozhu has covered 9 universities in Hunan Province, involving nearly 300 chain brands and stores.
