现有的驱鸟设备,容易无差别伤害到国家保护鸟类。有没有一种设备,能在驱赶鸟类的同时,又不伤害鸟类呢?在长沙,由一群00后大学生研发的“云鹰”项目就实现了仿生扑翼鸟智慧巡检,不仅对鸟类构成生物威慑,实现了从根源上解决鸟害问题。
Current bird-repelling devices often harm protected bird species indiscriminately. Is there a device that can repel birds without harming them? In Changsha, a group of Gen Z college students developed the "Cloud Eagle" project, which achieved smart inspections with the intelligent bionic ornithopter robot. This not only provides a biological deterrent to birds but also addresses the bird-related problem at its root.
3月26日,记者在长沙理工大学的大学生创新创业园,与湖南睿翼智控科技有限责任公司(简称“睿翼智控”)创始人、长沙理工大学大三学生吴睿恩面对面,探寻他和团队伙伴如何从自然界汲取灵感和创意,从一颗“金种子”逐渐长大的创业故事。
On March 26, we met with Wu Ruien at the Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park of Changsha University of Science and Technology, who is the founder of Hunan Ruiyi Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. “这是我参加《夺金2025》的奖杯,代表着一颗金色的种子。”一见到记者,吴睿恩大方分享着刚刚参加《夺金2025》的心情。就在前几天,这档围绕大学生创新创业的节目正式收官,吴睿恩作为六位“金种子”选手之一,带着团队自主研发的智能仿生扑翼鸟机器人——“云鹰”一路过关斩将,赢得了全场的瞩目和赞誉。
"This is the trophy I won in the 'Gold Rush 2025' competition, representing a golden seed," Wu Ruien said upon meeting the reporter, sharing his feelings about participating in "Gold Rush 2025." Just a few days ago, this program focused on college student innovation and entrepreneurship officially concluded. Wu Ruien, as one of the six "golden seed" contestants, led his team's independently developed intelligent bionic ornithopter robot, "Cloud Eagle," through challenges, winning the attention and praise of the entire audience.

At Ruiyi Intelligent Control, the reporter saw the "Cloud Eagle." Its appearance closely resembles a soaring eagle. "The highlight of 'Cloud Eagle' lies not only in its realistic appearance but also in its effective key bird-repelling technology," Wu Ruien said. Raptors like eagles rarely have other birds in their territory. By mimicking eagle-like gliding, circling, and swooping movements,"Cloud Eagle" can form a biological deterrent to other birds and effectively reducebird activity.
吴睿恩告诉记者,他与“云鹰”的缘分始于大一大二期间参加创新创业竞赛。比赛中,他和团队伙伴高智达、罗浩翔在扑翼机的原型上,研发出一套横轴单齿轮传动装置,该装置能在减轻扑翼机负重的同时,有效提供飞行动力。
Wu Ruien told the reporter that his connection with "Cloud Eagle" began during his freshman and sophomore years when he participated in an innovation and entrepreneurship competition. During the competition, he and his teammates Gao Zhida and Luo Haoxiang developed a set of horizontal-axis single-gear transmission devices based on the prototype of the ornithopter. This device can effectively provide flight power while reducing the load on the ornithopter.
在一次前往变电站的实地调研中,吴睿恩和伙伴们获悉一个情况,即鸟类在杆塔等位置筑巢、觅食等活动,容易引发输电线路跳闸的问题,对鸟类自身安全也相应地产生威胁。
During a field investigation at a substation, Wu Ruien and his partners learned that birds nesting and foraging on towers and other structures can easily cause power transmission line tripping, which also poses a threat to the birds themselves.
由此,奔着在驱鸟方面发挥作用的目的,团队伙伴开始在扑翼机的外观、视觉识别、自动巡航等功能上发力。历经三年研发,100余次实验,多次产品迭代,数万份样本训练及实验,“云鹰”完成了全面的性能测试。
Therefore, with the goal of playing a role in bird-repelling, the team began to focus on the appearance, visual recognition, and automatic cruise functions of the ornithopter. After three years of research and development, more than 100 experiments, multiple product iterations, and tens of thousands of sample training and experiments, "Cloud Eagle" has completed comprehensive performance testing.

“为了将‘云鹰’带到大家面前,团队花了三年时间。”吴睿恩介绍,与市面上现有的驱鸟设备对比,“云鹰”具有成本低、操作简单、续航稳定等优势,还能实现自动化巡检,可有效应用于变电站、农田果园、小型货运机场等场景。
"The team spent three years bringing 'Cloud Eagle' to everyone," Wu Ruien introduced. Compared with currently available bird-repelling devices on the market, "Cloud Eagle" has advantages such as low cost, easy operation, and stable battery life. It can also conduct automated inspections and be applied in scenarios like substations, farmlands and orchards, and small freight airports.
交谈中,吴睿恩向记者展示了一段“云鹰”的视频。视频中,“云鹰”直线飞行、转弯实拍、快速俯冲、螺旋上升与滑翔降落等动作都不在话下。“‘云鹰’主要利用翼尾协同控制策略,这一方式能精确控制它的飞行姿态。”
During the conversation, Wu Ruien showed usa video of "Cloud Eagle." In the video, "Cloud Eagle" performs straight-line flight, turning shots, fast dives, spiral ascents, and gliding landings. "'Cloud Eagle' mainly uses a wing-tail coordinated control strategy, which can accurately control its flight posture," Wu said.
有了鹰的外观、鹰的动作,还需要有鹰的眼睛。据吴睿恩介绍,团队基于YOLO框架改进的轻量化、高泛化的目标检测模型,利用实际应用场景中约5万份鸟类及鸟巢的图像、视频样本对模型进行训练,之后,再利用2万份左右实验样本进行检测,由此,将“云鹰”识别鸟类的检测精度提高到97.4%。
Withthe appearance and movements, the eyes of an eagle are also required. According to Wu Ruien, the team used a lightweight, highly generalized target detection model based on the improved YOLO framework. They used about 50,000 images and video samples of birds and nests in actual application scenarios to train the model. Then, they used about 20,000 experimental samples for testing, thereby increasing the detection accuracy of "Cloud Eagle" in identifying birds to 97.4%.
在变电站、养殖场、果园等障碍物较多的场景中,如何保证“云鹰”高效巡检,又不会影响正常飞行呢?针对这一问题,吴睿恩团队开发出基于广域覆盖优化的巡航路径规划算法,通过提前规划路径,以直线、折线、曲线等多种巡航方式,在巡检范围上做到“全覆盖”。“哪怕是在复杂场景中,我们的‘云鹰’最大覆盖半径都能达到750米。”吴睿恩补充道。
In scenarios with many obstacles, such as substations, breeding farms, and orchards, how can "Cloud Eagle" ensure efficient inspection without affecting normal flight? In response to this problem, Wu Ruien's team developed a cruise path planning algorithm based on wide-area coverage optimization. By planning the path in advance, using straight lines, polylines, curves, and other cruise methods, to achieve "full coverage" in the inspection range. "Even in complex scenarios, our 'Cloud Eagle' can achieve a maximum coverage radius of 750 meters," Wu Ruien added.
目前,“云鹰”已在宁乡、湘潭等地的多个高压变电站进行了示范应用。据统计,相比传统驱鸟设备,“云鹰”可使单个变电站每年减少驱鸟开支近30万元。
Currently, "Cloud Eagle" has been demonstrated and applied in multiple high-voltage substations in Ningxiang, Xiangtan, and other places. According to statistics, compared with traditional bird-repelling device, "Cloud Eagle" can reduce the annual bird-repelling cost of a single substation by nearly 300,000 yuan.

吴睿恩是湖北武汉人,出生于2004年。自小受家庭影响,吴睿恩对创业有着浓厚兴趣。“我认为,创业带来的获得感比按部就班地上班更迷人。”
Wu Ruien is from Wuhan, Hubei, and was born in 2004. Influenced by his family since childhood, Wu Ruien has a strong interest in entrepreneurship. "I think the sense of accomplishment brought by entrepreneurship is more fascinating than going to work step by step."
吴睿恩坦言,创业过程中,学校的大学生创新创业园为团队提供了梦想萌芽的沃土。

“你看,这么大片的办公场地,就是创业园免费提供给我们的。”在创业园2楼的睿翼智控办公区,吴睿恩向记者介绍,创业园不仅为团队提供了场地、资金、测试的全面支持,还帮忙对接各类投资、调研、交流活动,提供创业知识技能培训,让其能与企业创始人面对面交流,获取宝贵的经验和建议。“学校的‘一站式’创业服务给了我们创业者一条捷径。”

谈及参加《夺金2025》后的感受,吴睿恩表示,项目因此获得了更多的关注。如长沙北斗产业安全技术研究院执行院长明德祥就在专业知识、创业规划上给予了吴睿恩不少建议。同时,长沙北斗研究院还将利用北斗技术为“云鹰”项目的产品赋能,助力“云鹰”实现精确定位等功能。
Talking about his feelings after participating in "Gold Rush 2025," Wu Ruien said that the project has received more attention. For example, Ming Dexiang, the executive dean of the Changsha Beidou Industrial Safety Technology Research Institute, gave Wu Ruien a lot of advice on professional knowledge and entrepreneurial planning. At the same time, the Changsha Beidou Research Institute will also use Beidou technology to empower the "Cloud Eagle" project, helping "Cloud Eagle" achieve precise positioning and other functions.
据吴睿恩透露,“云鹰”项目已通过湖南省大学生创业投资基金首批立项,50万元融资也即将到账。“这笔钱,我们将用于技术研发迭代与对接上游工厂进行开模生产。”

但即便有人才、有技术、有资金以及敢想敢拼的决心,团队在创业过程中,仍面临法律咨询以及人才需求的问题。“初创公司不易,我们希望能尽量避免踩坑。”吴睿恩如是说。

"It is not easy for start-ups, and we hope to avoid stepping on pitfalls as much as possible," Wu Ruien said.
面向未来,这群平均年龄20岁的大学生们干劲十足。“我们进一步完善和迭代‘云鹰’的功能,构建属于团队的专利池,巩固核心技术壁垒,同时根据不同场景和客户需求进行定制化的研发与生产,例如货运机场驱鸟产品研发等。同时,还想将仿生扑翼鸟玩具普及到更多的学校,给更多的青少年带来科技启蒙。”吴睿恩说。

"We will further improve and iterate the functions of 'Cloud Eagle', build a patent pool belonging to the team, consolidate core technical barriers, and at the same time carry out customized research and development and production according to different scenarios and customer needs, such as the development of bird repellent products for cargo airports. At the same time, we also want to promote bionic ornithopter toys in more schools to bring technological enlightenment to more young people," Wu Ruien said.
