本硕博连读后,江苏小伙留在长沙创业
来自江苏常州的鄂志韬,两年前在中南大学完成本、硕、博连读后,爱“折腾”的他在各方大力扶持下,以“资金+技术”入股,担任湖南蒙星纳米材料科技有限公司(以下简称“蒙星纳米”)项目负责人。经过近两年施工,这一项目建设接近尾声,5月即将投产,预计达产后,可年产正极材料磷酸锰铁锂6万吨,年产值将达30亿元。
E Zhitao, from Changzhou, Jiangsu, completed his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies at Central South University two years ago. With a penchant for innovation and exploration, he became a shareholder with "capital + technology" under strong support from various parties, and serves as the project leader of Hunan Mengxing Nanomaterials Technology Co., Ltd.(referred to as "Mengxing Nanomaterials"). After nearly two years of construction, the project is nearing completion and will be put into production in May. It is estimated that after reaching full production, it can produce 60,000 tons of positive electrode material lithium manganese iron phosphate annually, with an annual output value of 3 billion yuan.

鄂志韬表示,相比于传统的锂离子电池正极材料磷酸铁锂,蒙星纳米将要生产的磷酸锰铁锂及前驱体材料产品可以为电动车提供更高的续航里程,同时在大电流放电性能和低温充电性能方面有显著提升,被认为是未来动力电池正极材料的主要发展方向之一,市场前景广阔。项目达产后,预计每年可生产销售6万吨磷酸锰铁锂正极材料,将填补长沙先进储能材料产业链空白。

After the project reaches full production, it is estimated that 60,000 tons of lithium manganese iron phosphate positive electrode material can be produced and sold annually, which will fill the gap in Changsha's advanced energy storage material industry chain.

两年前,鄂志韬从中南大学博士毕业,作为新材料方向的博士生,就业机会较多。
Two years ago, E Zhitao graduated with a doctorate degree from Central South University. As a doctoral student in the direction of new materials, there were many employment opportunities.
“可以去科研院所或到相关龙头企业就职,是最保险也最传统的方式。”回忆当初走出校门选择“创业+就业”这一风险最大的模式,鄂志韬坦言,最关键的就是湖南智电谷新能源技术研究院(以下简称“智电谷研究院”)这一孵化平台的出现,让自己的自主创业成为可能。

Recalling the choice of "entrepreneurship + employment," the riskiest model when he first left school, E Zhitao admitted that the most critical thing was the emergence of Hunan Zhidiangu New Energy Technology Research Institute(referred to as "Zhidiangu Research Institute"), an incubation platform that made his independent entrepreneurship possible.
智电谷研究院创始人是中南大学李新海教授。由李新海带领的技术研发团队深耕新能源行业30余年,在学术界已发表多项科研成果。根据李新海的设计,智电谷研究院计划采用“1+N”模式,在望城经开区总计投资50亿元建设研究院平台,并逐步由研究院孵化一批新能源产业链项目,使其在园区实现产业化落地。

“智电谷研究院对项目实行‘一个教授+一个博士+一个团队’的创业模式,让我们在创业中有靠山,心里也特别踏实。”鄂志韬举例说,新产品正式投产前,要严格进行几公斤级别的小试,再到数百公斤级别的中试,也就是实现从实验室到大市场的转化,涉及研发、设备、原材料等众多领域,这都是以前在学校里不曾踏足的;而现在,在智电谷研究院里,有了教授手把手的指导,进展顺利。

These are all things that have never been involved in the school before; and now, in the Zhidiangu Research Institute, with the professor's hands-on guidance, the progress goes smoothly.

“园区多次与蒙星纳米沟通协商后,确定了园区代建的形式,通过专业的园区管理团队和建设力量,为企业提供从前期手续办理、规划设计到施工建设、交付使用的全方位服务,帮助企业完成基建工作,后期再由企业回购厂房。”望城经开区铜官工业片区工程专干罗超介绍,这种形式不仅减轻了企业的建设负担,还能充分发挥园区的资源整合优势和专业管理经验,提高项目建设的效率和质量。

Luo Chao, a project specialist in the Tongguan Industrial Zone of Wangcheng Economic Development Zone, introduced that this form not only reduces the construction burden of enterprises, but also gives full play to the park's resource integration advantages and professional management experience, and improves the efficiency and quality of project construction.

刚过而立之年的鄂志韬,今年可谓喜事连连:负责的新项目即将投产,自己也“升级”当了爸爸。
E Zhitao, who has just passed his thirties, can be described as having many happy events this year: the new project he is responsible for is about to be put into production, and he has also been "upgraded" to be a father.
“除了长沙话讲得不咋的,我就是个地道的长沙人。”鄂志韬开玩笑说,这是2012年刚来长沙上大学时没有想到的。
"Except that I don't speak Changsha dialect very well, I am a genuine Changsha native." E Zhitao joked, which he did not expect when he first came to Changsha to go to university in 2012.
长沙这些年的“巨变”,鄂志韬深有体会。
E Zhitao has a deep understanding of the "tremendous changes" in Changsha over the years.
“记得当时来长沙上学,先从常州坐16个小时火车到株洲,再从株洲坐两小时汽车到长沙西站,然后到学校……”而现在,鄂志韬回老家只要6个小时,早晨出发,可以赶到老家陪父母吃中饭。
"I remember when I came to Changsha to study, I first took a 16-hour train from Changzhou to Zhuzhou, and then took a two-hour bus from Zhuzhou to Changsha West Station, and then to the school..." And now, E Zhitao only needs 6 hours to go back to his hometown, and he can go home in the morning and have lunch with his parents.
